1. Important Note on Bank Account Linking

If you recently registered, please note that linking your direct bank account typically takes between 48 hours to 7 days to complete.

Why is there a delay? To protect client funds and comply with anti-money laundering (AML) and international financial regulations, our risk systems perform thorough compliance checks on newly created accounts before establishing direct bank rails.

💡 Can I still trade immediately?

Yes! You do not need to wait 48 hours to 7 days for bank linking to start trading. You can use instant funding methods like Transark or MoonPay immediately while your bank account verification completes in the background.

2. Direct Funding Methods & Fee Coverage (Transark & MoonPay)

You can choose either Transark or MoonPay for fast, direct account funding.

🛡️ ArvoFX Fee Coverage Policy

While Transark and MoonPay charge a 5% transaction processing fee, ArvoFX covers this fee for you.

To claim your fee coverage, simply deduct the 5% fee upfront from the transfer amount. ArvoFX will credit your trading account with the full target deposit amount.

  • Transark Processing Fee: 5% (Covered by ArvoFX)
  • MoonPay Processing Fee: 5% (Covered by ArvoFX)

🔢 Example Calculation:

If your intended deposit target is $1,000:

  1. 5% Provider Fee: $1,000 × 0.05 = $50
  2. Net Amount You Transfer: $1,000 - $50 = $950
  3. Your Trading Account Credit: ArvoFX covers the $50 fee, so your account receives the full $1,000.

3. Pre-Deposit Confirmation Required

To guarantee your deposit is routed quickly, credited with fee coverage, and assigned to the correct trading account, you must confirm your intent before sending funds via Transark or MoonPay.

  2. Step 2: Provide Details

    Provide your registered email address, Intended Deposit Amount, and selected provider (Transark or MoonPay).

  3. Step 3: Receive Clearance & Transfer

    Once our finance desk verifies your request and provides specific wallet or routing details, proceed with your transfer.

Deposit Terms & Financial Conditions

  1. Third-Party Payments: Depositing funds from an account or wallet not matching the registered name on your ArvoFX account is strictly prohibited due to financial regulations.
  2. Fee Reimbursement Policy: ArvoFX covers the 5% payment provider fee provided the deposit calculation strictly follows the upfront deduction protocol and receives prior administrative clearance. Unapproved transfers may incur processing delays of up to 5 business days during manual reconciliation.
  3. Confirmation Obligation: ArvoFX is not liable for misrouted funds or transaction delays resulting from transfers initiated prior to receiving clearance from live chat or our administrative emails (admin@arvofx.com / arvofxlog@protonmail.com).
  4. Bank Account Verification: Standard bank account linking requires 48 hours to 7 days for identity and security review. ArvoFX reserves the right to request additional documentation during this period.
  5. Risk Warning: Trading Foreign Exchange (Forex) and Contracts for Difference (CFDs) carries a high level of risk and may not be suitable for all investors. Ensure you fully understand the risks involved before trading.
